    Job responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for ship technology, maintenance management, and pollution prevention management, and providing necessary shore based support for ships.

    2. Arrange annual vessel inspections (including equipment inspections), special inspections, dock inspections, intermediate inspections, drawing submissions, and returns, and be responsible for updating class certificates.

    3. Review the ship repair plan, responsible for formulating repair work orders, arranging temporary repairs, dock repairs, renovations

    Sign a repair agreement, be responsible for on-site supervision, verify completion orders, negotiate and settle repair fees

    4. Responsible for reviewing applications for ship drugs, spare parts, materials, paints, chemicals, and lubricants.

    5. Responsible for ship refueling safety, responsible for oil sampling and inspection work. Monitor the quality of the ship's fuel added to meet legal requirements, and be responsible for daily monitoring of ship fuel consumption.

    6. Review the annual maintenance plan of the ship, regularly inspect the operation and maintenance of the ship and its equipment.

    7. Supervise and guide the operation of relevant safety management systems on board the ship.

    8. Collect new domestic and international regulations related to safety and pollution prevention in this department, and maintain that ships meet the new requirements of classification societies, port state inspections, and flag state inspections.

    9. Assess the professional and technical skills of the proposed chief engineer and senior crew members in the engineering department, and be responsible for conducting job responsibilities familiarization training for the chief engineer and chief engineer before taking office. Provide regular training for the crew of the engine department on board, including technical matters and safety precautions in advance.

    Qualification requirements:

    1. College degree or above, majoring in ship driving, navigation technology, and related majors;

    2. Be familiar with maritime regulations, environmental protection regulations, ship technical regulations and other relevant laws, regulations and industry standards, and master the knowledge related to ship navigation safety and technical management;

    3. Able to correctly understand the national guidelines and policies regarding the environmental protection industry, possess strong organizational skills, communication and coordination abilities, emergency response capabilities, and be able to coordinate and handle relationships with relevant units and departments, with a strong team spirit;

    At least 4.2 years of experience in ship management related work, with experience in large vessels preferred;

    5. Hold a certificate of competency for senior management or above.

    6. Have good health and be able to adapt to business trips and short-term boat trips.

    Job responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for the safety, technology, maritime affairs, and crew management of the company's own ships, as well as the follow-up and coordination of the company's charter ship safety, operation, and other matters.

    2. Guide the management of the deck and engine room departments (including equipment maintenance, ship safety management, etc.) of the ship. Guide ships in seasonal safety, pollution prevention, and emergency management.

    3. Real time tracking of ship dynamics, providing meteorological and sea area information, and guiding the safe operation of ships.

    4. Develop annual and monthly ship work plans and ship repair plans, and keep relevant records.

    5. Strictly implement the company's safety management system, supervise the ship's management of life-saving, firefighting, and oil spill equipment, and keep relevant records.

    6. Assess the professional and technical skills of the proposed captain and deck department senior crew members, and be responsible for familiarizing them with their job responsibilities before taking office. Provide regular training for deck crew members on board, including technical matters and safety precautions in advance.

    7. Assist in developing and reviewing ship berthing and disembarking plans, loading and unloading plans, towing plans, and participate in third-party review meetings.

    8. Responsible for coordinating and communicating with law enforcement departments such as port, maritime, and customs, including but not limited to daily ship safety inspections, operational safety inspections, and the latest policies, regulations, and applicable regulations of ships.

    9. Responsible for the handling and annual review of ship related certificates.

    10. Improve the relevant rules and operating procedures for ship management, supervise and inspect the effective implementation of the system.

    Qualification requirements:

    1. College degree or above, majoring in ship driving, navigation technology, and related majors;

    2. Be familiar with maritime regulations, environmental protection regulations, ship technical regulations and other relevant laws, regulations and industry standards, and master the knowledge related to ship navigation safety and technical management;

    3. Able to correctly understand the national guidelines and policies regarding the environmental protection industry, possess strong organizational skills, communication and coordination abilities, emergency response capabilities, and be able to coordinate and handle relationships with relevant units and departments, with a strong team spirit;

    4. At least 2 years of experience in ship management, with experience in large vessels being a priority;

    5. Hold a certificate of competency as Chief Officer or above.

    6. Being physically healthy and capable of performing their duties.
